Vasectomy and Reversal

VASECTOMY

Is a surgical procedure to cut or block the tubes. The aim of vasectomy is to prevent sperm from being mixed with semen.

Mr Wells has performed many hundreds of vasectomies. The procedures are performed under general anaesthesia. Patients invariably are able to return to work the following day. Follow-up with a post vasectomy semen analysis following 15 ejaculates is mandatory to ensure that sterility has been achieved.
